Abstract

Since the state of traffic management technologies in many Nigerian towns can still be seen to be operating at a primitive level, this paper seeks to suggest modern operational models in traffic management such as All-orNothing Assignment Technique incorporating Dijkstra's Algorithm to find shortest links and associated link flow volumes of commercial tricycles that ply the metropolitan routes in Minna Town. Minimum paths were identified to ease good movement and reduce cost for the commercial tricyclists.
